The Office Clear Out

We often get calls from Customers who need to have a clear out, but aren’t sure what they have.

No problem! We’ve seen it all.

Our Team can carefully check through all your boxes, cupboards, server rooms, basements, car boots (!) and provide an inventory so that the Customer can decide what to do next. We can check every item to ensure that all sim cards, memory cards, USB sticks, CD’s, tapes and hard disk drives are accounted for, before securely erasing or shredding them.

So whatever is lurking in the office cupboard, we’ll make sure that all data has been processed securely. We offer an on-site shredding and erasure service; or secured transport to our facility for off-site processing.

Next, we’ll sort through all the hardware, the electrical waste, the tangled mess of cables, the leaking inkjet cartridges … the old floppy discs from 1986 … and identify anything that can be re-used, and everything that can be recycled. We can take any form of hardware or electrical waste, plus consumables such as toners, batteries, fluorescent tubes, plus associated packaging.

And finally - we can either provide a detailed audit and Evidence Certificate, or a simple summary count. We can charge per item, or charge based on weight (a tonnage).
