The Data Centre

We are familiar with all the data centres in Guernsey and Jersey, and often undertake work upon instruction received directly from the Customer; or from the Data Centre Manager or another Service Provider.

We offer a flexible on- and off-site auditing, erasure, degaussing and shredding services; or a combination of both. For example: we might audit and degauss the data items inside the data centre, but then shred the media inside our on-site vehicle or back at our secure facility.

We also offer a double-audit process; with one Engineer auditing and degaussing the data items inside the data centre, and a second Engineer auditing the data items again, and cross checking both audits to verify every serial number before the items are erased or shredded. Any discrepancies can be checked with the Customer before processing.

We have worked for various businesses with Project Managers and Compliance Teams in different time zones, and alongside other contractors, to complete sizeable decommissioning operations within tight timelines, and within Covid-19 restrictions.

Whatever the requirement: we’ll assign an experienced Project Manager to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable security controls.
