What Staff Screening and training does Galaxy undertake?
Galaxy’s recruitment and employment policies are compliant with the requirement of ISO 27001 Information Security Management Standard.
We enforce strict control measures when recruitment Employees; including checking references, and asking Employees to provide, and maintain, an update to date Police Disclosure Certificate. All Employees are assigned access permissions, appropriate to their role; and provided with unique security and access codes. All Employees sign a Non Disclosure Agreement, which is re-issued during the Exit Interview.
Employees undertake mandatory Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness Training; Information Security and Data Protection Training; and other training specific to their responsibilities, such as computer hardware, system support or compliance training.
Our Employees are also licensed to drive different category vehicles, and mobile plant such as forklifts and telehandlers.
